Numerous times our wonderful USPS delivers packages to our shared community set of mail boxes. What the folks fail to realize is that the side they put packages in is larger than the side we take our packages out.

I had to crush my fingers and use my keys to get this package out of our mail box. My lovely wife has complained numerous times and shared photos very similar to these with USPS. Unfortunately, it was my turn to experience this frustrating situation.
Anyone else have this problem? Has anyone successfully convinced USPS that this is a problem?
Friendly complaints fall up deaf ears at USPS. USPS please get your **** together and do better by your customers.
